The Ares P2P File Sharing Issue is Still Open for Debate

The Ares P2P file sharing application issue has sparked much debate over the last few years and owners of file sharing entities are speaking out of the inevitable evils that occur during file sharing. Lime Wire’s Mark Gorton recently offered testimony to us government on the evils of p2p file sharing and his thoughts about the side effects of P2P file sharing are an unfortunate fact of life and that if ISP companies would pitch in and help with the filtering of said problems it would be less of a problem. I believe that technology is growing so fast that security against unwanted porn and vicious malware hasn’t had the chance to get caught up to the flow of technology. Honestly, I see that beginning to change in the next few years.

The Dangers of Malware and the Evils of File Sharing

Is there a danger of getting a virus or other malware when you are part of a P2P network? Of course there is that danger. It isn’t any different than the dangers of the same invasions coming through your email or certain websites. So who, or what entity has the responsibility to protect those that use file sharing applications? According to Mark Gorton’s (founder of Lime Wire) testimony to us government on the evils of p2p file sharing it is the ISP that must step in and pick up on the issue. I am just hoping that someday security against such invasions catches up with the technology side so we can all feel safer using the Internet.

Acai Berry: A Much Needed Boost

I was so tired of always feeling drug out.  By the end of a work day, I was dragging myself home.  Sitting at a desk all day and the collapsing on the couch at home was adding to my weight gain.  I had started a vicious cycle.

My lifestyle was making me gain weight.  The weight gain made me depressed.  The depression made it difficult to get motivated.  I needed something to break the cycle.  A concerned friend suggested supplementing my diet with acai berry.

Side effects with acai berry are diminished appetite and increased energy.  This was just the boost I needed to get active and healthy again.
